Perry believes effective workers’ compensation representation should do more than address the immediate legal dispute. After a workplace injury, injured workers may be facing uncertainty about their medical care, income, ability to return to work, or future employment. She values being part of a legal team that helps clients regain stability and make informed decisions about what comes next.

When Perry is not organizing claim files, preparing exhibits, or constructing an elaborate spreadsheet, she can occasionally be found relocating office spiders to more strategically advantageous locations in furtherance of the firm’s pest-control efforts.

Outside of work, Perry endures the daily commentary—and occasional verbal abuse—of her 18-pound cat, Butternut Squash.

Anna Harmon is an Oregon workers’ compensation attorney at Goin Law Group dedicated to representing injured workers throughout Oregon. Her practice focuses exclusively on helping workers navigate Oregon workers’ compensation claims, disputes, hearings, and appeals.

Anna brings a distinctive combination of litigation experience, legal research and writing, appellate advocacy, and teaching experience to her representation of injured workers. She is particularly skilled at analyzing complex medical and legal issues and explaining them in straightforward terms so clients understand what is happening with their claim, what options are available, and what comes next.

At Goin Law Group, Anna represents and assists injured workers with issues involving denied workers’ compensation claims, medical treatment disputes, temporary disability and time-loss benefits, permanent disability, claim closure, Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs), vocational issues, and other disputes arising under Oregon workers’ compensation law. A lifelong Oregonian, Anna began her legal career at Tyler Smith & Associates in Canby, Oregon, where she practiced for four years. Her work exposed her to a broad range of Oregon legal matters, including civil litigation, property and construction disputes, estate planning, business formation, constitutional issues, administrative licensing matters, and appellate advocacy.

That varied experience gave Anna a strong foundation in litigation, statutory interpretation, written advocacy, and navigating Oregon administrative and judicial processes—skills that translate directly to workers’ compensation litigation and appeals.

After several years in private practice, Anna stepped away from full-time legal practice to raise her young children. Drawing on her undergraduate degree in education, she taught high school English, History, and Government for an online school while also homeschooling her elementary-aged children.

Her years as an educator strengthened a skill that is particularly important in workers’ compensation cases: the ability to take complicated information and make it understandable. Anna believes clients should understand not only what their attorney is doing, but why it matters to their claim.

Anna returned to legal practice in 2025 when she joined Goin Law Group in a law-clerk role focused on Oregon workers’ compensation. She plays an important role in keeping workers’ compensation cases organized and moving efficiently by scanning and processing incoming mail, maintaining client files, organizing legal documents, and managing the firm’s filing system.

Behind every workers’ compensation claim is a significant amount of documentation, including medical records, correspondence, claim documents, and other important case materials. Lindsay helps ensure that these records are properly scanned, organized, and accessible to the firm’s attorneys and legal staff as they advocate for injured workers throughout Oregon.

A born-and-raised Oregonian, Lindsay graduated from Portland State University in 2025 with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice. Her education provided her with a strong foundation in the legal and criminal justice systems and complements her work as part of a team dedicated to helping people navigate the challenges that can follow a workplace injury.

Through her attention to detail and commitment to accurate file management, Lindsay provides valuable behind-the-scenes support to the firm’s Oregon workers’ compensation attorneys and legal team. Her work helps maintain organized case records so the firm can remain focused on assisting injured employees with their workers’ compensation claims and work injury cases.
